Refund Policy

At My Health Aviator, we are committed to providing high-quality health insurance advisory services to our clients. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been rendered. However, we understand that circumstances may arise, and we strive to handle each situation fairly and in alignment with our commitment to client satisfaction.

Service Refund Guidelines:

  1. Consultation Fees: Once a consultation has taken place, fees for that consultation are non-refundable.
  2. Service Packages: If you have purchased a service package (such as ongoing consultation or annual advisory), refunds are not available once services have begun. We may consider partial refunds for unused portions of a package on a case-by-case basis.
